Terms of Service

By accessing or using Discrofy, you agree to these Terms of Service and applicable laws. Use of Discord is also subject to Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You are responsible for your workspace configuration, who you invite, moderation decisions in Discord, and compliance with laws that apply to your community. You must not use Discrofy to facilitate harassment, illegal activity, or violations of others' rights.

AI-assisted outputs (for example generated channels, rules, or posts) are starting points. You remain responsible for reviewing content before it is applied or published in Discord and for any automated actions you enable.

Paid features may be billed through Stripe. Fees, renewal, taxes, and refunds follow the checkout terms presented at purchase and Stripe's flows unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. You authorize us and Stripe to store and process payment method tokens as needed to provide the service.

The product integrates with Discord, optional AI providers, email delivery services, and infrastructure you or we configure. Those services have their own terms; outages or changes on their side can affect Discrofy.

The service is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. Planned maintenance may occur. Unless expressly agreed in a separate contract, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or a specific uptime percentage.

Except where prohibited by law, Discrofy's aggregate liability arising out of these terms or the service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Customers may execute separate agreements (for example enterprise order forms or DPAs) that supplement these terms where allowed. Contact [email protected] for commercial or compliance questions.

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-product notice.
