Why is my overview or analytics empty?+
Link at least one Discord server from Integrations or Setup, invite the Discrofy bot, and ensure the bot uses the same Postgres database as the website so telemetry can populate daily_stats, activity_feed, and related tables.
Where do I start after creating an account?+
You are redirected to the in-app setup flow: connect Discord, pick a server to link, open the bot invite, then open the overview. You can return anytime via Setup in the sidebar.
How does billing work?+
Paid plans use Stripe checkout and webhooks. Manage cards and subscriptions from Dashboard → Billing and the Stripe Customer Portal when configured.
Is there a public REST API key?+
No. The dashboard uses signed session cookies. The Python AI service and bot HTTP API use their own secrets (x-api-key and Bearer token) for machine-to-machine calls — see the API Access page.
Who do I contact for bugs or partnerships?+
Use the Contact page or Dashboard → Support — both create a Zoho Desk ticket and we reply by email. General enquiries: [email protected]. Legal: [email protected].
