Refund Policy
Last updated: October 6, 2026
This policy applies to all payments made to Ultrane Development LTD for Discrofy, including subscriptions, renewals, plan upgrades, and add-ons. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
All payments are non-refundable
Discrofy is a digital service that you can explore on our free plan and free tools before you pay. Once a payment has been taken, it is non-refundable, except where the law says otherwise (see Your statutory rights below).
In particular, we do not offer refunds or credits for:
- changing your mind, or deciding the software isn't for you;
- not using the service, or using it less than you expected;
- forgetting to cancel before a renewal date;
- unused time left in a billing period after you cancel or downgrade;
- unused AI generations, usage allowances, or other included quotas;
- changes, outages, or restrictions caused by third parties such as Discord, Stripe, or AI providers that are outside our reasonable control;
- subjective dissatisfaction with AI-generated suggestions, layouts, or content, which are starting points you are expected to review;
- accounts suspended or terminated for breaching our Terms of Service.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from Dashboard → Billing using Manage billing. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. Cancelling does not trigger a refund for the current period.
Billing errors
If we have made a mistake, for example charging you twice for the same period or charging you after you cancelled, contact us and we will correct it, including refunding the amount taken in error. Please get in touch within 30 days of the charge so we can investigate it properly.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you have by law that cannot be limited or excluded. If you are a consumer in the UK, this includes your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Consumers in other countries may have equivalent rights under local law, and we will honour them.
Faulty or misdescribed service.If the service is not provided with reasonable care and skill, or does not match how we described it, you may be entitled to have us fix the problem or, if we can't, to a price reduction or refund. Please contact us first so we have the chance to put it right.
14-day cancellation right. Where the law gives you a right to cancel within 14 days of first subscribing, you may exercise it by contacting us within that window. Because you ask for access to start immediately when you subscribe, we may deduct an amount proportionate to the service provided up to the point you told us you were cancelling. This right applies to your first purchase only, not to renewals.
Business customers. If you buy Discrofy for business, trade, or professional purposes, consumer cancellation rights do not apply to you.
Chargebacks
If you think a charge is wrong, please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank or card issuer; most issues can be resolved quickly. While a chargeback is open, we may suspend the related workspace or subscription. This does not affect your right to dispute a payment where you are entitled to.
Contact
For billing questions, billing errors, or to exercise your statutory rights, email [email protected] or use the contact page. Please include the email address on your account and the date and amount of the charge.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes apply to payments made after the updated policy is posted and do not affect payments already made.
